Tweet Attacks stamps all over Tweet Adder
It’s Out with Tweet Adder and in with Tweet Attacks
This is just a quick post to mention the two pieces of Automated Twitter Software I have good experience with, Tweet Adder and Tweet Attacks.
I have been using Tweet Adder for a long time for all my Twitter Automation tasks but it has recently let me down in a massive way. One by one, all of the critical features I rely on have stopped functioning for no good reason. It started with the Direct Messages (DMs), which I consider to be a critical part of Twitter Automation, as the y let your new followers know immediately about your website or whatever welcome message you wish to display to them. After several emails about this to Tweet Adder my technical support ticket was finally passed to the ‘development team’ who proceeded to go completely quiet, despite my protests.
Next came the Auto Following problem, being that it now refuses to follow anyone at all for me, instead generating an error message stating that I ‘cannot be authenticated’ which has never ever been a problem in the past, but now seems to be a permanent issue. Again, their customer support have been absolutely useless in helping me to fix it. I send them very specific detailed emails explaining the issue and the steps I have taken to try to resolve it and all I get in return is a generic response which is entirely irrelevant to my problem. Tweet Adder have now wasted weeks of my valuable business time due to software issues and useless customer support, which is enough to make me want to vent about it on here and warn other marketers to steer clear.
I have switched everything I do in Twitter over to Tweet Attacks and am highly impressed with everything they offer so far. Their software is more advanced, their supporting materials are way more detailed, their updates are more regular and so far I have had no issues at all with any of my basic Twitter automation tasks! So for me it’s out with the old and in with the new.
